NOTICE

  
For Provisional Affiliation for New Private Professional Educational Institution-2008
 
The New Private Professional Educational Institution, who have already got approval from the AICTE on or before 30.06.2008 to start the programme from the academic session -2008-09 are required to apply for Provisional Affiliation with following documents before inclusion of their name in the JEE Counselling scheduled to be held from 11.07.2008.
 
1.     Duly filled –in application form (available in our website) for affiliation
2.     Inspection fee of Rs. 10000/-
3.     Non-refundable Academic fee of Rs. 500000/- (DD in favour of BPUT payable at Bhubaneswar)
4.     Pledge money  of Rs. 1000000/- (pledged in the name of BPUT)
5.     Approval letter of AICTE.
6.     Telephone Nos, Fax Nos, E-mail address including Postal address of Corporate office and college.
7.     List of faculty/ non-teaching staff including Principal
8.     Copies of land records and building plan etc.     
 
The new colleges are advised to apply in the duly filled-in application form alongwith the above documents and fees for consideration of grant of provisional affiliation before 09.07.2008.
 
No Institution shall be recommended for admission for the session 2008-09 without the provisional affiliation.
