The names of evaluators have been sent to the Principals / Directors of different colleges. The Principals/ Directors are requested to depute teachers on the following subjects on the specified dates. In case the name of any teacher, teaching the concerned subject is not available in the list, he/she can report to the assigned valuation centre on the specified date with a letter of authority from the Principal/ Director of the college.

The teachers are also requested to carry the model answers of their subject of evaluation and submit the same on the date of reporting.
Under no circumstance, teacher with less than 2 years teaching experience under BPUT system shall be allowed. The teachers are requested to carry a letter from the Principals/ Directors regarding the subject to be evaluated by them. They have to produce this letter at the time of reporting.
