In view of implementation of the semester based MBA programme from the next session, the Academic Council in its meeting held on 25.01.2010 resolved that as a one time measure, the 2008 and 2009 batch (trimester based) MBA students would considered for promotion from 1st year to 2nd year on appearance of six theory papers at the 1st year (1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester taken together) only regardless of number of backlogs papers/ subjects and TGPA/ CGPA.

Further, it has been resolved that special examinations would be conducted for second year completed students for these batches (2008 & 2009) for the subjects covered during first trimester to six trimesters.

All other provisions of the Academic Regulations remain unchanged.
