SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Reputed printing presses fulfilling the following criteria may submit their quotation in sealed tenders in the prescribed tender document within 10 days of publication of this notice. The tender document can be obtained from the BPUT office functioning in JEE Complex, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-30/UGIE Campus, Jail Road, Rourkela-769008 on payment of Rs. 3120.00 ( non refundable). The same can also be downloaded from our website (www.bput.org.) and submitted along with a DD for Rs. 3120.00 ( non refundable) in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa drawn on any Nationalized bank payable at Bhubaneswar. Besides, while submitting the tender, the tenderer must deposit Rs. 45,000.00 in shape of DD in favour of BPUT, Orissa towards refundable Earnest Money payable at Bhubaneswar.

Criteria

1. The tenderer must have his own printing press.

2. The bidder must have an annual average turnover of not less than Rs. 20.00 lakh during the last three years ( evidence to be adduced)

    • Date of sale of tender paper – 30.10.08 to 08.11.08 from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
    • Last date of receipt of tender paper – 08.11.08 up to 02.00 pm
    • Date and time of opening -08.11.08 at 03.30 pm
 

The undersigned reserves the right to extend the date and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
