Interested parties may apply in the prescribed tender document which can be obtained from this office at Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar - 30 on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) in the shape of DD drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa payable at Bhubaneswar. The tender document can also be downloaded from our website www.bput.ac.in. In case of downloaded forms, the tender cost is payable at the time of submission of tender.
EMD of Rs.10000/-(Ten thousand)) in the shape of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa payable at Bhubaneswar should be paid with the tender.
Date of sale of tender paper : 10.10.2009 to 28.10.2009 on all working days during office hour.
Last date of receipt of tender paper : 30.10.2009 up to 02.00 pm

The tenders should be submitted by dropping in the drop box kept at BPUT Office, Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar. Tenders can also be sent by post addressed to “The Registrar I/c, BPUT, Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-30” which should reach BPUT by the scheduled date and time. Tenders received beyond the scheduled date and time will be summarily rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to extend the date and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
